1/2 medium watermelon
2 tablespoons chopped mint leaves
4 ounces mild feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
Sea Salt, to taste

Cut the watermelon into wedges and arrange on platter.  Pour lime juice so each watermelon wedge is well coated.  Season with salt, and generously sprinkle with feta and mint.
