1 Pound Hamburger Meat
1 egg
1/2 sleeve Saltine Crackers (crushed up and crumbled)
1/2 tsp Tony Chachere’s seasoning
Splash of Worcestershire sauce
1/4 small to medium onion (finely minced)
1 large clove garlic (finely minced)
Salt and pepper to taste

Place meat in a large bowl and hollow out a hole in the middle, making a “nest” (like you do with mashed potatoes).  Put remaining ingredients in “nest” and mix together with hands until combined.  Try not to overmix.  Divide into four sections.  To make patties, form each section into a ball and flatten between palms, rounding off the edges.  Cook in hot cast iron skillet or on BBQ grill.
